Drinking The
Spirits

A reservation-led latin cocktail bar.
Devotion poured into every glass.

Two Mothers,
One Earth

Chakana was born from a recognition — that two ancient traditions, separated by ocean and millennia, speak the same truth. In the Andes, Pachamama. In Bali, Ibu Pertiwi. Both names mean Mother Earth. Both traditions honour the ground beneath our feet with offering, reciprocity, and reverence.

The Chakana — the Andean stepped cross — is a bridge. Between above and below, past and present, the known and the unseen. We carry that meaning into this space.

This bar is not a destination. It is a crossing.

The Gate of
Pachamama

The name Chakana is directly inspired from one of the oldest symbols of cross in the Andean culture. It is a gate of amiability, where people gather to drink, give thanks and reconnect with the earth through taste, food and music.

Here, every drink is an honor. Our ingredients are sourced with care and our service is our devotion. At last, we hope you reach the "ayni" (reciprocative energy) from our place, Chakana.
